1950s Blue Silk Cocktail Dress

1950s silk cocktail dress with square neck and cap sleeves. Fitted waist. Tiny pleating in the skirt combined with built-in side bustle crinolines gives it a ballooning effect that was so popular during this era. Dress has a separate matching belt with a bow and two 6-inch wide ribbons with fringe. One ribbon is 16” and the other is 22” long. Photographed with crinoline (not included). Huge flowers in a rich, gorgeous blue on black background. A pretty, feminine look!
